With the development of industry 4.0 and the proposal of "Made in China 2025",applying information technology to the industrial field for industrial transformation is the trend of future industrial development.The research of modern factory intelligent production monitoring system has also been attracted much attention.However,due to the disadvantage of harsh and complex environment,coexistence and competition of various field protocols,insufficient network and computing resources in the industrial field,and loopholes in the security of communication transmission in the Internet of Things,the needs of modern factories can no longer be met because of the traditional industrial communication structure.To solve the above problems,this paper takes industrial production links and equipment as the research object,and designs a set of intelligent data monitoring system based on the Internet of Things for real-time monitoring and control of data and equipment status in each production link.Firstly,according to the overall functional requirements of the data monitoring system,this paper puts forward a three-tier architecture of the system design,and according to this architecture,the hardware and software programs of the data monitoring system are designed.In the aspect of system hardware,taking the system gateway device as the object,the design scheme of the hardware part of the gateway is given,and the hardware architecture of the gateway device is constructed in the form of"core board+module plug-in".The hardware of the system selects MT7628 as the embedded processor,which is completed by expanding the external power module,4G module,serial communication module,network communication module and USB interface module.The design of hardware part ensures the communication foundation of the system.In system software,software development is based on Linux system,protocol conversion is achieved through structure analysis of several fieldbus protocols and construction of multi-protocol communication model;MQTT client is deployed in the gateway based on the designed MQTT communication architecture to complete the system MQTT protocol communication publishing/subscribing function;through terminal device protection,MQTT communication encryption and server intrusion detection Measure a series of security precautions to ensure the security of system communication and data privacy.Finally,the data collection,data transmission,data display,bandwidth consumption and system security functions of the data monitoring system are tested,analyzed and summarized.The test results fully meet the functional requirements of the system design.In this paper,the hardware and software modules of the system are designed by analyzing the actual requirements of the industrial production site and combining with the overall structure of the data monitoring system.The status data of each production link in the industrial production site is compatible with multi-protocol acquisition,MQTT lightweight transmission,control and data security protection functions.At the same time,the device management and real-time monitoring are carried out in the way of cloud platform to shorten the time.The spatial distance between production management and staff makes the decision-making of the whole production process more intelligent and greatly improves the efficiency,which has important significance for promoting the intelligent production of factories and the application of the industrial Internet of Things.
