With the rapid development of the economy of our country,the growing speed of the cities is accelerating day by day.Take the Changchun Hi-tech District as an example.In the early years of development,there was only Jilin University and its surrounding areas.Today,the Changchun Hi-tech Zone has basically completed the construction of 55 square kilometers of cities and supporting facilities.The rapid development of urbanization is like a double-edged sword.On the one hand,it promotes the rapid economic and social improvement of the region,and it also brings with it a variety of“urban diseases”.Recent years,the rapid development of informatization technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development and management of the city.Local governments have also gradually adopted information management methods and improved their management standards.However,the flood control work in the flood season is still an difficult issue which bothered the managers of the governments.The company,which the author is working for,took on the task of developing a smart city development project.During the project,the author participated in all phases of the project as project manager.After comprehensively grasping the status of the customer,it has determined the main project goal is to improve urban management in a smart way.Summer flood control work is the most important task for managers during the flood season.Therefore,the key issues for smart flood prevention have been established.Based on the characteristics of flood seasons in the region of the customer,the analysis algorithm for urban water accumulation in the city has been researched,and developed Smart Flood Prevention System based on the algorithm.This thesis contains of two parts:the research on the analysis algorithm of urban waterlogging and water accumulation and the realization of the intelligent flood control system.In the field of algorithm research,this algorithm mainly involves two parts:1,Drainage capacity analysis of drainage pipe network;2,Location,depth and time analysis of water accumulation.The drainage capacity analysis part of the analysis and calculation of large amount of drainage network,and combined with the rainfall duration parameters,realize the routing analysis,static drainage capacity analysis,dynamic analysis,drainage capacity of catchment area analysis.The comprehensive analysis of the drainage pipeline and the corresponding facilities has been realized.The analysis content is the basis of the calculation of water accumulation,which can provide accurate data for the calculation algorithm of water accumulation.The core part of water location,depth and time analysis combines the Marching Square algorithm and the improved D8 algorithm,and realizes the modeling of the ground.Combined with the precipitation intensity and duration,we can real-time analysis out of the ground water information and water change trend forecast in the future.Combined with the above two algorithms,the two major problems of flood control system can be solved,which lays a foundation for the realization of the system.The intelligent flood control system is briefly explained from three aspects of data,function and supporting tools.Firstly,the DEM data,basic topographic map data,integrated underground network data and satellite image map data were collected and recorded,and the basic geographic information management module was formed.The monitoring data of river water level is collected.The video data of the key section is connected.Real-time rainfall data is captured online.Future plans to build water level monitoring and location,location construction 10 precipitation acquisition equipment to more rich data source system.The main functions of the system include:the map display,monitor,data show,drainage related event management,automatic matching and flood control plan management,combined with the above algorithm,respectively realized the drainage capacity of the drainage network analysis function,route analysis,surface water and precipitation simulation analysis,location and other functions.It can also show the changing trend of water accumulation,so that the city managers can master the future change of water accumulation in the area.A number of systems related services have been developed,including data analysis tools and water analysis services.The data analysis tool is mainly used in the system before the implementation,processing,modeling on the basis of data analysis,and basic general,improve data availability and ease of use,prepare for dynamic analysis.The water analysis services,in the background of real-time acquisition of meteorological data,and combined with real-time precipitation information has been generated.With the precipitation forecast information dynamic analysis results,the analysis of processing time of about 3 minutes,therefore,the background analysis,the results will be stored in the database,the current station call,can instantly display information,at the same time,also can ensure the analysis of each rainfall results are accurately recorded in the system,for viewing.The system has been implemented in one district and involves more than ten departments.And it is planned to be implemented in a new national district this year.After the system was applied,it has successfully analyzed more than 90%of the serious position,scope,and maximum depth of water accumulation,and provided important data support for the leaders making the work schedule of flood prevention.
