Economic Growth paid a huge environmental cost, environmental pollution is worsening, not only affects the ability of China's sustained economic development, but also a threat to the survival of humanity itself. Risks of environmental pollution has become a focus of attention by the whole society. With the deepen of social emphasis on environmental problems,more and more reports are focus on the environmental pollution, public places has shifted from traditional platforms to the network platform, the Internet era of information dissemination to form a new pattern.With the rise of microblogging, the different nature of the public media institutions have set up an account, express environmental advocates, public personal microblog has become settlements involved in environmental events, thus mouthpiece specialty media, commercial media and the owned media like the three legs of a tripod,microblog platform become a new position to discuss environmental problems and recognize environmental pollution risks.In this paper, we use the media construction theory and environmental risk theory,to micro-blog text of Lanzhou 4?11 water pollution incident, for example,using the method of content analysis,from the news sources,the form of content arrangement,the risk framework,and many other aspects to explore the mouthpiece specialty media,commercial media and the owned media,how the three different nature medias construct subject to present risks facts of environmental pollution, as well as when facing the same contamination events, the reason why news constructed different. Through analysis,I came to a conclusion that because of the different position, concerns and values, the three medias appears divergence in the construction of environmental pollution risks manifestations and risk issues. In the treatment of environmental pollutionissues,the media microblog should try to ensure that the discourse presents a summary of the multi-issue and multi-angle,and strive for all people on cognitive environmental pollution presents a risk approaching full panorama, transfer and sharing available information resources effectively, improve environmental risks of social visibility.
