The Results of this paper is applied for the implementing andthe theory study of "Supporting System of Strategy Technology onthe Visible Analysis of Environmental Pollution of Water and Soil",the subtopic of "National Key Scientific and TechnologicalProject".This dissertation is based on the 8th subject of 973 program:Study on the environment pollution mechanisms and controlprinciples in Beijing and surrounding areas. The number of thesubject is G1999045708. The subject is charged with Chen ming andYan Guangsheng in National Research Center of Geoanalysis.Its main function is integrating a great number of data fromother topics to this system to service the government through thepowerful analyzing function of this system. This system has twomain functions which are data processing and visual operatingfunction on geographical information system. First, in dataprocessing, based on the data that user had collected, the systemcan accomplish data analyzing and processing, such as spatialanalysis, correlation analysis, trend prediction, etc. On theother hand, in geographical information system aspect, this systemcan process data in visual way with a great deal of map operatingfunctions.It was implemented many data processing measures in this paper:1.By regression analysis, we can study the correlation betweentwo variables or one with several. This system also takes a specialmanagement to linear regression to make the result display in theform of coordinates graph.2.Using cluster analysis can form a classify system accordingto the value of similarity statistics through analysisobservations' different similarity and calculate some statisticsto measure the similarity degree between different observations,lastly, display the classify system in the form of graph directly,obtained the dendrogram.3.By factor analysis we can find few random variables whichcan control all the variables and then describe the correlationof multiple variables through analysis variables' innerstructure of correlative coefficient matrix.4.With the function of gridding, which is implemented by RBFnetwork, we can solve the problem of interpolation in anydimensional variable space;especially to rebuild theinterpolation of the geological bend surface, complete the lostdata and fit the function.The system also provides many other methods in data processing,such as variable distilling, normal distribution verifying,variance calculating, etc.In the visual operating aspect of this system:1.Users can transform a text file of sampling data to a pointlayer file to implement visual data operation.2.The subject interface offers legend and guidance pictures ofall layers, users can operate on layers conveniently. When mainwindow show the magnified partial graph, the whole part can appearin direct graph, and it can show the main window position by redblock diagram. User can know the location quickly through draggingthe diagram.3.In the window, by setting prompt information, it canconveniently show the data information that user cares.4.Adding and deleting layers is the basic of the GISvisualization operating. In the system, user can add many formatsof layers, both vectors and image files.5.For the loaded layer, user can use "legend edit" todifferentiate them better, and make the data which user cares standout, or shows some data information more detailed. If user wantto find some concrete thing judging from a characteristic in thedisorderly and confused map, he can use "find" to locate what hewants, and identify it with the bright form and so on.6.In the system ,the source of the data usually is aerialphotography or its correcting image file, while there are inherentdisadvantages in the image file, so in the system ,it offer imagevectorizing function.In the system, it also accomplishes many other usual functionsto convenience user's operating and use.With this system, it is no doubt that the efficiency ofwater-soil pollution of the enviroment's testing and analyzingwill be increased and it also can offer the users more correct anddetailed detecting, analyzing and forecasting data information.The framework of this paper is as follows:Chapter One is brief introduction of the source, main work andthe structure of whole research.Chapter Two reviews the overall design of the system. It tellsthe function of this system and the relation of every module.Chapter Three introduces briefly the basic principle of dataprocessing.Chapter Four is the algorithm and correlatives of dataprocessing function.Chapter Five and Six shows the achieving method and functionof visual implementation.Chapter Seven is to test system using the instance.Chapter Eight summarizes the whole paper.Among them chapter three and four are the emphases of thispaper.
