In order to control the continuous deterioration of the environment, improve people’s living environment, we must pay attention to and take measures in the monitoring management. With the current situation, this thesis carried out the research and analysis of the key pollution sources in Dongguan City, and analyzed the current situation of environmental monitoring and management of pollution sources, trying to use the Internet, and will focus on the Dongguan Town Street environmental monitoring management of environmental monitoring and management of information technology, automation, scientific and technological development.Firstly, this thesis expounds the background and significance of the project, and analyzes the research situation of the environmental monitoring and management system of key pollution sources in Dongguan City, and then analyzes the existing business processes in detail, and analyzes the existing problems and gives the optimized business process. On this basis, the analysis of the key pollution sources in Dongguan City, city environmental monitoring management system should have the function, including:basic information management, pollution source management, monitoring and collection management, standard alarm management, environmental management and system management six functional modules. In the function analysis, the system function is described by drawing use case diagram, and the system function package and the sub function chart are given.
