Solar photovoltaic industry rises sharply in recent years,break the monopoly of silicon wafer cutting equipment abroad becomes the key point of photovoltaic industry's development in our country, which makes the design and manufacturing of the silicon wafer cutting equipment becomes a kernel. As a kind of special high precision CNC equipment, the diamond wire cutting machine' assembling stage is the final and significant stage, it has an especially important influence on the performance and quality of the equipment. The traditional assembly process mainly guide the assembling operation of workers by two-dimensional views and geometric descriptions, and it is a huge workload and hard to understand. What's more, it's easy to get the problems such as the collision of parts or invalid assembly path in the assembling process, which makes dismantling and repair the equipment again and again, it will extends the assembly cycle and it's hard to ensure the assembly quality. The assembly process visualization technology is aim to use computer to verify the feasibility of assembly scheme and record the assembling process, transform the process into 3d visualization files to guide the assembly, so as to improve the efficiency of assembly and ensure the quality of assembly.This paper studies the assembly process visualization technology of the diamond wire cutting machine to achieve the goal. This paper analyzes and designs the assembly technology of the equipment, deeply studies the key technologies involved in the process of assembly, and simulates the assembling process in computer, then output the simulation result in the form of 3d assembly document, so as to optimize the assembling process of the diamond wire cutting machine, improve the efficiency of equipment assembly and ensure the quality of equipment assembly.First of all, this paper summarizes the research status of the diamond wire cutting machine and the assembly process visualization technology at home and abroad, puts forward the key and difficult point for the research, makes a plan for the structure of the paper.Then, this paper analyzes the structure and assembly features of the diamond wire cutting machine, preliminarily protocols its erection scheme and assembly process, and summarizes the assembly method?the assembly organization form and the assembly techniques. What's more, this paper also designs the assembly processes of the important parts in the equipment.In the third place, in the direction of the key technology of assembly process visualization, this paper puts forward to use the assembly hierarchical model to express the assembly model information; and it adopts to design the assembly sequence based on the method of “detachable is installable”; when it comes to assembly path planning, this paper combines the interactive path planning and automatic search path method to finish the assembly path planning. This paper also illustrates the principle of assembly simulation technology, and conducts the collision interference inspection based on the hierarchical tolerance box method.Finally, this paper conducts the assembly process simulation and the human engineering simulation of the diamond wire cutting machine in the DELMIA platform. What's more, it adopts to combine html language and 3DVIA Composer software to make and output the assembly process visual 3d documents, which can realize the on-site training and instruction of the assembling process...
