Silicon wafer is a very important raw material in photovoltaic industry and chip industry.In recent years,the rapid development of photovoltaic industry has also increased the demand for silicon wafers.Silicon wafer cutting is an important part of silicon wafer production.Its processing equipment—multi wire wire cutting machine is a special equipment with high degree of electromechanical integration and high accuracy.Multi wire cutting machine is equipped with a number of different types of bearing box to support the relevant parts of the operation,the bearing box is often a priority among priorities of multi wire cutting machine,bearing seal bearing box is more prominent and inside is very easy to damage,the urgent need for a method to detect fatigue silicon wire cutting machine the bearings in the bearing box.The periodic inspection of bearings can not only prevent accidents in productive process,but also reduce the random replacement of important parts and maximize the efficiency of bearings.Therefore,bearing fault diagnosis is always one of the key technologies of machinery.Based on the above reasons,this paper studies the fault diagnosis of multi wire cutting machine bearing box.This paper first introduces the bearing box vibration mechanism of rolling bearings and multi wire cutting machine,and then determine the suitable vibration signal detection method for fault diagnosis of multi wire cutting machine bearing box,the main analysis is based on resonance demodulation algorithm and fast spectral kurtosis,by electric spark pitting on bearing inner ring to simulate the bearing fault,then using the bearing box on the vibration signal acquisition and transmission to the program to analyze the USB-4711A acquisition card.The software includes four units,such as data acquisition,fast Kurtogram analysis,resonance demodulation analysis and fault frequency setting.This paper uses Lab VIEW language to develop the multi wire cutting machine bearing box fault diagnosis program,the program is mainly for detecting NU-1018 bearings of multi wire cutting machine bearing box by sensors,data acquisition card,notebook computer,collecting the experimental data and analysis results.In the software,the main use is the fast Kurtogram based on resonance demodulation method.In addition,the time-domain analysis method and the resonance demodulation method are compared with it.When testing the bearing fault diagnosis,it is easy to verify that the fast Kurtogram method can overcome the limitations of the resonant demodulation method,which is difficult to choose the center frequency and the frequency band.At the end of this paper,the experimental and actual signals are used respectively to verify the applicability of the method to the multi wire cutting machine.
