With the vigorous development of electronic integration industry and photovoltaic new energy industry,SiC semiconductor materials are widely used in these industries.Compared with other materials,SiC semiconductor materials are hard and fragile.In the process of machining,the surface of SiC chips is easy to produce cracks or defects,which is difficult to machine.Usually,SiC wafers are machined by diamond wire cutting.Therefore,the synchronous control of each axis in the multi-wire cutting system has a great influence on the cutting control accuracy and control efficiency of SiC semiconductor materials.Improving system synchronization performance and reducing tension fluctuation are the key factors to improve cutting quality.Based on this background,this paper studies the following aspects:Firstly,the cutting technology of SiC semiconductor material is introduced,and then the research status and development trend of diamond wire cutting technology and multimotor synchronous control technology at home and abroad are described,and the work content and arrangement of this paper are listed.Aiming at the common multi-wire diamond wire cutting machine tools in the market at present,the multi-wire cutting system model is established,the system composition is analyzed,and the models of the main components in the system are analyzed and studied,including the routing system model,the tension system model,the winding system model and the feeding system model.Secondly,considering the importance of speed synchronization between wire roller and processing roller in multi-wire cutting system,a synchronous control scheme based on PID control is designed.Aiming at the defects of PID controller in parameter adjustment,a synchronous control scheme based on PPO reinforcement learning is proposed,which improves the control performance of the system.Aiming at the shortcomings of PPO reinforcement learning algorithm,a synchronization control scheme based on WOA-PPO reinforcement learning is proposed,which improves the unstable update of PPO reinforcement learning strategy and further improves the synchronization control performance.Thirdly,the cutting system will produce tension during operation.Aiming at the tension fluctuation caused by the acceleration and deceleration of the motor in the cutting system,a tension feedback controller based on WOA-PPO optimization is designed.Through simulation,the effects of PID control,PPO control and WOA-PPO optimization control strategy proposed in this paper on restraining tension fluctuation are compared,and it is verified that the new control strategy is better than the former two in stabilizing tension value.Finally,the multi-wire cutting system is designed.The main hardware used in the system is introduced,and the hardware circuit is designed.Secondly,for the scheme of system software,the function of touch screen is designed,and the program flow is based on PLC controller.
