The Study Of Academic Scholarship Policy Implementation For Graduate Students

In order to encourage graduate student to study hard,do scientific research seriously,desire to advance and to betterly finish school,The government introduce the graduate academic scholarship policy.The graduate academic scholarship policy has the role of improving the graduate quality and promoting to graduate culture reform,too.This paper takes the implementation effect of the graduate academic scholarship policy of 3 Universities in Fuzhou as the research content and four basic issues are explored:what is the graduate academic scholarship policy,what arises the problems in the process of the graduate academic scholarship policy implementation,the factors influencing what are the factors influencing the graduate academic scholarship policy implementation and what measures should be taken to promote the graduate academic scholarship policy successful implementation.Firstly,from the history of the graduate academic scholarship policy to introduce the graduate academic scholarship policy.Secondly,According to the requirements of the paper,the theory of public analysis and management psychology are selected as the theoretical foundations.Thirdly,by the author surveying and interviewing the graduate students of the class of 2014,master tutor,university counselors and staff 3 universities in Fuzhou.Based on the statistical results,the author explores the global current situation of the graduate academic scholarship policy the implementation effect 3 universities in Fuzhou,and finds four problems in the practice of the graduate academic scholarship policy,meanwhile,the author also analyzes the factors influencing the graduate academic scholarship policy the implementation effect from the 4 perspectives:the policy,the executive subject,the target group and the environment.Lastly,in view of above reasons,the author put forward improvement Suggestions of the graduate academic scholarship policy the implementation effect.In order to help the graduate academic scholarship policy to succeed implementation.Thus improve the graduate quality and promote to graduate culture reform.
