Study On The Implementation Of Postgraduate Scholarship Policy

In the context of the reform of the postgraduate education investment mechanism,in order to more effectively reward and support graduate students to complete their studies,the state set up Postgraduate Scholarshippolicy to finance tuition.Colleges and universities have rights to organize and implement Postgraduate Scholarship policy,while their plans are very different from each other,so do implementation effects.This paper adopts the method of case study to investigate the implementation of Postgraduate Scholarship policy,and to analyze the causes of the problems in the implementation,and to put forward the corresponding strategies..This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the development of Postgraduate Scholarship policy.The second part in the case of D University,describes the status of implementation of Postgraduate Scholarship policy,and presents effects and shortcomings of the implementation.The third part analyzes the causes of problems,which includes the factors of improper policy making,poor policy implementation and the lack of policy control.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures to improve the implementation of Postgraduate Scholarship policy.Firstly,the government should perfect Postgraduate Scholarship policy.Secondly,universities should improve measures to implement the Postgraduate Scholarship policy.Finally,a perfect policy control mechanism for the Postgraduate Scholarship should be established.
