Practical Explorations On The Work Of Community Work InUrban Oldest Living Community For Old People

With the accelerated process of population aging in China,the development of social economy and the miniaturization of family structure,the elderly and children living more and more of the phenomenon.Living alone as a member of the disadvantaged groups,the number and proportion of which is showing a rapid upward trend,the quality of life of this particular group had to cause widespread concern in society.On the one hand because of the lack of family care,living alone in particular need the community care and help,so the community to create conditions and take effective measures for the elderly living alone to solve the real difficulties encountered in life to help them achieve their lives normalization.On the other hand,the practice of pension at home and abroad proved that the establishment of community care service system including living care,health care and spiritual comfort for the elderly alone is the main way to solve the problem of living alone.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to establish a community pension service system which can meet the needs of the elderly living alone,aiming at the imperfect community pension service mechanism.In this paper,the author of the HP community in Shenzhen City internship experience as a reference,combined with the activities of elderly people living alone for the elderly alone to establish an effective social support network.This paper is divided into four parts,the main contents are as follows: The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research significance and literature review,in addition to the relevant concepts related to the paper,and the theory of the paper The foundation is described.The second part is the analysis of the old-age service faced by the elderly in the city.Based on the investigation of the HP community in Shenzhen,this paper analyzes the problems of the elderly living alone and the problems of the community pension service system and the feasibility of social workers To provide the basis for intervention.The third part mainly introduces the concrete course of the case work,including the case introduction,the diagnosis of the problem,the design of the work plan,the implementation process of the plan and the evaluation of the work effect.The fourth part is mainly on the basis of empirical research and specific case service,and put forward some suggestions to improve the supply mode of the old-age care service for the elderly in order to construct a community-based model that is supported by the policy and supported by the social support network.Need to provide a comprehensive care for the elderly alone,to enable it to live a normal life.
