Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In Community Intelligent Elderly Care Service ——Taking Y Community As An Example

At present,the aging of the population has brought great pension pressure.The traditional pension service model cannot realize the life vision of the elderly to "rely on,support and enjoy the elderly".How to meet the needs of higher-level elderly care services has become a new task and goal for the development of contemporary elderly care service system.The proposal of the concept of "smart pension" is in line with the current development strategy of China’s pension services.It breaks the restrictions on time and space in the traditional pension model,provides modern,convenient and efficient pension supply for the elderly,and solves the imbalance between pension supply and demand.It is not only the transformation process of pension services from humanization to intelligence,but also the embodiment of pension services keeping pace with the times.Therefore,building an efficient,professional and intelligent elderly care service system is very important to solve the problem of population aging.In the 2015 government work report,Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "Internet +" action plan for the first time.Introducing the "Internet +" thinking into the community elderly care and building a smart elderly care community will become a new development trend in the elderly care field,which has important research significance and value.However,intelligent elderly care service is still in the stage of exploration and development in China,and there are many problems,such as isolation,fragmentation,ethical rights and responsibilities conflict,and social work has unique professional theory and technical advantages in making up for the shortcomings of intelligent elderly care.The application of professional methods and practical experience of social work in intelligent elderly care services can improve the elderly’s cognition and participation in intelligent elderly care,create more space for the elderly to participate in the whole process of elderly care services,independently choose a satisfactory intelligent elderly care model,remedy the defects of fragmentation and digital isolation of intelligent elderly care,and make elderly care services more accurate,autonomous and integrated,Happiness and self-efficacy of the elderly.This paper mainly conducts field research on y community in J City,Shandong Province through data collection methods such as questionnaire and interview.On the one hand,it understands the operation mode and effectiveness of Y community intelligent elderly care service,on the other hand,it studies the problems and deficiencies existing in the current community intelligent elderly care service,and explores a new path for social work to intervene in community intelligent elderly care service Professional values and professional methods to intervene in community intelligent elderly care services and improve the existing community intelligent elderly care service model.Through the field survey and questionnaire information statistics,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current smart elderly care service in Y community,mainly including the insufficient cognition and participation of the elderly group in the smart elderly care service;It is difficult to meet the high-level personalized needs of the elderly group;"Online + offline" resources cannot be effectively integrated;There is a lack of professionals and the guidance of social work values.In view of the problems existing in the smart elderly care service in Y community,this paper analyzes the feasibility and specific path of social work intervention,intervenes in the smart elderly care service with the help of the concept,values and practical mode of social work,and provides a new perspective of social work intervention.The author summarizes the path of social work involved in community intelligent elderly care service into three aspects: first,change the traditional elderly care concept with group work method and actively accept intelligent elderly care service;Second,carry out demandoriented spiritual comfort services with the method of case work and build a social support network;Third,integrate "Online + offline" resources with community work methods and standardize the service standards of intelligent elderly care personnel.Carry out practical intervention in group work and case work,solve the problems of insufficient cognition and participation of the elderly group and the difficulty of meeting the high-level personalized needs of the elderly group,help the elderly group change the traditional concept of pension,actively participate in intelligent pension services,get out of the spiritual dilemma,build a social support network and realize empowerment.Finally,integrate "Online + offline" resources with community work methods,standardize the service standards of smart elderly care personnel,help the construction of smart elderly care talent team,carry out cultural education and policy advocacy of community smart elderly care,and build a smart elderly care service system promoted by multiple subjects.To sum up,this study mainly intervenes in community smart elderly care services through group work,case work and community work methods,provides specific practical experience of social work intervention in community smart elderly care services to a certain extent,and provides new ideas and practical paths for social work intervention in the field of smart elderly care.
