North University Asset Management System Project Progress Plan Optimization Research

As the economy and the rapid development of information technology,the more the number of software companies is about to,about the kinds of software products to the rich,a software development project management be taken seriously by more and more managers,project management theory was applied to a software development project management.The project schedule management and project cost management and project quality management is the "three elements" project management,especially the project schedule management plays a key role in project management.The purpose of this article is through the use of project management in the relevant theories and methods of the schedule management,asset management in northern university system schedule optimization design of the project,in the process of project implementation may produce some of the factors that affect the project schedule guarantee measures are put forward,and ensure the project can be in the north university requirements within the time limit for a project to complete,and provides reference for future similar projects.Based on the above research background,this paper is based on the critical path method,the time limit for a project estimation,gantt chart for northern university assets management system project of the project schedule is studied.First,an overview of the project,including the structure of the project,the composition of the personnel,the function of the project,the module of the project,etc.Secondly,the scope of the project is planned,the working structure of the WBS tool is used to decompose the work structure,and the expert evaluation method is used to estimate the construction period.In the early stage of the research on the basis of the project progress plan,but the schedule and requirements vary,of the universityof north the first step to find out the cause of deviation degree plan,using reasonable method to change the schedule.In this paper,we use the method and time limit for a project optimization method for resource optimization,on the basis of previous work to reorganize the critical path of the project,to estimate the expected duration of the project,on the basis of the critical path and the desired time limit for a project to make the project schedule plan,new plans conform to the requirements of the progress of the university of north.Finally,to ensure that the project can be completed within the scheduled deadline,the schedule is executed smoothly.The control measures and guarantee plan of the project schedule plan must be developed according to the characteristics of the project.On the one hand,you can control the progress of the project,while ensuring that the project can be solved quickly when progress is made.Project scope management and project duration estimates are the prerequisites for compiling the project schedule.The critical path method is a common method for compiling the project schedule.Project schedule control is a powerful tool to ensure that the project schedule is implemented smoothly.This article adopts the method of combining theory and practice,the professional project management theory is used in the design of the software development project progress plan to come to the conclusion that a software development project,a new method for the optimization of the project schedule can provide a reference for similar projects.
