Research On Management Information System Development Project Schedule Management Of Guangxi Health Vocational And Technical College

As an important part in project management, the project schedule management is playing a more and more important role in recent years. It’s useful for saving time effectively and maximizing the efficiency of software development management through scientific and reasonable management on the software development project schedule, so as to improve the software quality and reduce development costs.Based on the theories and methods of project schedule management, this paper researches on Management Information System development project schedule management of Guangxi Health Vocational and Technical College. Through full analysis on basic situation, the original plan and schedule management implementation of this project to clear the progress Management Information System development project schedule management in the college, this paper finds out that the original plan had delayed in the primary level, and indentify some main problems such as unreasonable estimate of duration in management, inappropriate estimate and treatment on resources, lack of effectively.control on project quality, weak teamwork and incomplete consideration on some uncertain factors. At last, this paper puts forward some targeted measures to optimize the management of project progress, such as use key chain to optimize the project schedule, strengthen the progress of the project monitoring, make a reasonable project resource planning&management, consolidate the team building, have full consideration of uncertain factors.This thesis achievements not only try hard on the development of Management Information System project schedule management work, but also have a certain significance to other similar school of similar project schedule management work.
