Basic education is the foundation of national quality education for all students.It's fundamental purpose is to improve the quality of the whole nation,and lay a good foundation for lifelong learning and participation in social life for all school-age children and adolescents.Improve the quality of basic education for the Chinese nation, train various types of personnel at all levels, promoting the socialist modernization drive with a global basis and guiding role.The balanced development of basic education in essence refers to the dominant education fair thought and the principle of equality in education, educational institutions and the educated in the education activities, the ideal of education and equal treatment to ensure the realization of the education policy and legal system. It is the most basic requirement between educational institutions and educational groups, equal distribution of educational resources, achieve the demand and supply of education is relatively balanced, and finally implemented in the allocation of educational resources and people use.In order to explore the feasibility of balanced development of basic education resources in high tech Zone, this paper will be based on the basic theory and research, using literature research method, survey research method and comparative research method, research achievements in different areas of basic education resources balanced development, the status of the balanced development of basic education in Zhengzhou high tech Zone for a full analysis, put forward countermeasures and suggestions of how to realize the balanced development of basic education, the high-tech zones for balanced allocation of basic education resources plays an important role in promoting, and has very important practical value and theoretical significance.
