Behavior forms a habit,habit determines the quality,quality determines the fate.Primary school is a critical period for the growth of primary school students,is the best period,since the early development of students good comprehensive quality,education students to develop good habits,can make the good conduct of students as strong as nature,to promote the healthy growth of students.Through the investigation and analysis of the implementation of student formation education in yulin high-tech zone,this study attempts to put forward specific viewpoints and improvement measures,so as to further deepen the theoretical understanding of elementary school students' formation education,enrich the ideological content of elementary school students' formation education,and provide useful practical guidance for strengthening and improving elementary school students' formation education in yulin high-tech zone.Research process,fully read and carding about pupils nurturance education research literature,and on the basis of the literature about pupils nurturance education policy in China,with high-tech zone of yulin city as the research object,6 elementary school around understanding of pupils nurturance education,develop education policy implementation,nurturance education content design,nurturance education activity design such as the implementation of the questionnaire and interview outline,in-depth investigation.Through investigation,it is found that the elementary school in high-tech zone of yulin city has accumulated certain experience and achieved certain results through several years of practice exploration of elementary school students' formative education,but there are still many problems,mainly,the objective of formative education is not clear enough,the content is not systematic and comprehensive enough,the method is not scientific and feasible enough,the participation of family and society is low,andthe evaluation guidance of educational effect is weak.The causes of these problems are complex,which are mainly related to the main body of the formation of education understanding is not clear enough,the implementation of the formation of education policy system measures are not complete,the ability of teachers to implement the formation of education is relatively insufficient,the use of the formation of education evaluation results of the guiding role.According to the existing research results,policy requirements and investigation,we should strengthen and improve the formation education of primary school students in yulin high-tech zone from the following aspects.Second,the implementation of the state primary school students' formation education policy,improve the formation education system;Third,the formation of a systematic primary school students' formative education content system,improve the way and method of formative education,improve the educational effect;Fourth,strengthen measures to improve the quality and ability of the main participants in school students' formative education;Fifth,strengthen the theory and work research of formative education,strengthen the transformation and application of achievements;Sixth,we should improve the evaluation system of nurturance education,pay attention to the guidance of evaluation results,and enhance the motivation of the implementation of nurturance education.
