The Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Primary Schools Under The Background Of The Urbanization

As an important part of the compulsory education, primary school education plays a leading role in the whole education system. For a long time, due to the impact of dual-economic-structure in urban and rural areas and the education system, the basic primary education in rural areas is relatively weak and the teaching task is rather difficult.This is a severe test in the whole process of the compulsory education. The rural primary school's condition as a critical part of the rural primary school, it will directly impact on the quality of the rural primary school education.At present, the conditions of the rural primary schools in most areas of our country are still unsatisfactory, there are many problems such as the lack of the educational funds, the lack of the teachers and the inadequate of the teaching equipment. In the background of the urbanization in our country, these issues not only widened the gap between the rural and urban education levels, but also directly affect the healthy development of the country's modern education.Based on practical investigation and research, the paper seems CangZhou City in HeBei Province as the major study object. And I finally put forward my own opinions and suggestions after deeply analyzed and summarized the conditions of the rural primary school.Through the actual investigation and study it is found that although the current conditions of the rural primary school in CangZhou has achieved good results, the investment of educational funds, the construction of teaching and administrative staff, and the school management are still exist many problems.To this, the paper combined with the data and information after thorough analysis the causes of the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures from five levels to further improve the small rural school teaching conditions.
