Over the last decade, the process of urbanization in rural education has become a hot topic of academic research. Urbanization as important support modernization,China's modernization process faced a fundamental issue, but also an important way to solve rural education. Rural primary and secondary schools and the withdrawal point is to accelerate the restructuring and development of rural education is the most distinctive feature. The purpose of implementation of rural primary and secondary schools and school withdrawal point is to optimize and improve the quality of teaching in rural areas, and gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural education, but in recent years due to the implementation process of the deviation and other reasons, but in a certain extent, had destroyed educational equity, deterioration of ecological education, rural community development block and many other issues.In this paper, Xiangcheng County, Henan Rural Primary and Middle Schools for the study of local rural primary and secondary school, and after the effect of the withdrawal point and the need to further adjust the layout has been studied. First by reading Find and analyze a large number of relevant documents and information on the basic theory of rural primary and secondary education were analyzed and summarized, and learn Xiangcheng county rural primary and secondary school education withdrawal point and the relevant circumstances.
