Urbanization development is a necessary way to improve social development in China.However,with the advancement of urbanization process in China,the contradiction between urban development and rural development has become increasingly prominent.Cities are expanding rapidly,while rural areas are aging and hollow.Moreover,urbanization also has a great impact on the running of rural primary schools.As we all know,primary education is an important part of every citizen’s life education,and its role is irreplaceable.However,in some rural areas of our country,the situation of primary school running is not optimistic.There are many problems,such as insufficient investment in education funds,the continuous loss of excellent teachers,and the decrease of rural school-age children year by year.The gap between urban and rural areas has been widened in the process of urbanization.These problems exist.It has also been constantly enlarged,affecting the steady development of basic education and society in our country all the time.Under the background of urbanization,this paper studies the problem of running primary schools in rural basic education.Chapter one: The background of the topic selection and the current research status of rural primary schools by scholars at home and abroad are elaborated,and the research methods involved in this paper are briefly introduced,which paves the way for the later research and analysis.Chapter two: With the background of introducing the current urbanization development in China and Henan Province,it illustrates the current situation of rural primary schools and the double-sided impact of urbanization process on rural primary schools.Chapter three: As the second key point of this paper,field investigation is the main method to investigate the basic situation of Nanzhao County rural primary schools in detail and in-depth.It is found that there are still some problems in the quantity and quality of students,the structure and quality of school-running teachers,the training rate and promotion rate of talents in school-running quality,the structure and quantity of school-running scale.On this basis,there are still some problems in the production of Nanzhao County rural primary schools.The influencing factors of these problems are analyzed: the location and distribution of objective factors,the allocation and investment of resources of key factors,the formulation and implementation of policies of fundamental factors,and the cooperation and cooperation of additional schools.Chapter four: As the key content of this paper,on the basis of the above analysis,through the means of learning examples,studying relevant policies and consulting materials,from the three levels of government,schools and society to solve the problems faced by rural primary schools in Nanzhao County,the improvement strategies are put forward,and then through the solution of the problems of rural primary schools in Nanzhao County,the suggestions are raised to the national level,aiming at the reform.Three suggestions and assumptions are put forward to improve the running of rural primary schools in China.One is to pay attention to and solve the derivative problems caused by the merger of withdrawal points,the other is to promote and implement the home-school cooperation mechanism,and the third is to improve the construction of rural education network in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development the running of rural primary schools. |
