Investigation And Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Headteachers In Primary Schools Under The Background Of Urbanization

In recent years,China’s urbanization has accelerated,the county seat as the lowest level of hierarchy in our country,because the infrastructure is complete,near the village and city,Low-cost living has become an ideal place for urbanization,as the county town primary school teacher team perspective of special team to promote the development of urbanization,Also the main motivation for narrowing the gap between urban and rural primary education.However,at present,the research in this area is not thorough enough n this paper,based on the background of urban,aiming at the effectiveness and timeliness of the current urban primary school teacher team construction,six urban primary schools(six Experimental primary schools in Jiaxiang County from the perspective of county were lected for interview and investigation.In this paper,through the investigation of the status quo of the head teacher’s work in urban primary schools in Jiaxiang County,the experience is summarized and the problems are revealed.and puts forward feasible improvement methods by combining theory with practice.It is hoped that through logical comprehend,deal and exploration of the actual situation of the head-teacher team in urban primary schools in Jiaxiang County,the experience,lessons,countermeasures and suggestions can be used for reference for the improvement of the construction of the head-teacher team in urban primary schools.This paper summarizes the experience and on the basis of investigating the present situation of urban primary school teachers,reveal the existing problems in Jiaxiang County,and puts forward feasible improvement methods combining theory with practice.It is hoped that through rational understanding,analysis and exploration of the current situation of the construction of the class director team in urban primary schools in Jiaxiang County,the experience,lessons,countermeasures and suggestions can be used for reference for the construction of the head teacher team in primary schools under the background of urbanization.This paper mainly adopts the ways of questionnaire survey,interview and others,randomly selects the head teachers of six urban primary schools in Jiaxiang County,distributes 360 questionnaires,and receives 350 valid questionnaires,accounting for 97.2%of the total sample.Through data processing to the head teacher team of professional ability,class management,education,students’ view,self-evaluation and school related analysis was carried out on the class teacher team management,discover to there is structure behind the head teacher team,overall quality,the disadvantage of lack of team management is not scientific and professional training.For the above defects,This paper analyzes the causes of its formation,the following targeted strategies are proposed:highlighting the people-oriented,optimize the structure of urban primary school head teachers;Introduce incentive mechanism,perfect principal selection system;In addition,through the combination of pre-job training and post-job training,innovative management methods and other measures,to guide the teacher to consciously improve professional quality,it has won wide support from all walks of life,constantly optimize the primary school teacher team,gradually improve the urban primary school teachers in the construction of the existing problems.
