On November 8,2012, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing, the report indicates that:"help the workers to change their mentality about employment, encourage multi-channel form obtain employment, promoting entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities." Subsequently issued by the state policy to encourage college students' innovative undertaking, since then, Chinese college students' innovative undertaking entered the full implementation of the policy and propulsion phase. Especially in the economic development of the new normal period, corresponding innovative undertaking became the important engine of economic development.Research shows that innovation entrepreneurship policy can stimulate the college students' innovative entrepreneurial motivation, whether for college students choose entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship can success has important influence. Therefore, the policy for college students' innovative undertaking research, has important theoretical value and practical significance. Eighteen big since, our country attaches great importance to college students' innovative undertaking, has introduced many innovative entrepreneurship policy to promote college students' innovative undertaking. Overall, has a wide covering aspects of policy, involving education, startup capital, training service and other aspects, but innovation entrepreneurship policy system lack of systemic and normative, in the process of policy implementation also appeared some problems. Writing for the purpose of this article is based on the eighteenth big since our country promulgated on college students' innovative undertaking policy text analysis and statistics, combined with the related data, problem oriented, college students' innovative undertaking of our country to study the formulation and implementation of the policy, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on the existing problems, makes the Chinese college students' innovative undertaking policy into effect, the government can be more systematic, standardized and reasonable business policy, improve the success rate of the Chinese college students' innovative undertaking as a force for our country's social and economic development.
