Research On Collaborative Optimization Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Incentive Policies Of Guangzhou University Students

Innovation and entrepreneurship play an important role in leading the development of industry,science and technology,promoting economic growth,creating new jobs,releasing market vitality,and building an innovative country.It is our only way to regain our national rejuvenation to enhance the comprehensive quality of college students who shoulder the important mission of national construction,to cultivate innovative reserve talents with innovative thinking,strong innovation ideas and excellent innovation ability,to stimulate entrepreneurship with innovation,and to promote employment with entrepreneurship.The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area marks the opportunity and challenge of Guangdong Province's construction of "science and technology innovation center with unique global influence" and "global education and talent highland".As the capital city of Guangdong Province,Guangzhou's economy,science and technology,education has always been in the forefront of its southern cities.With its significant historical mission and strategic position,Guangzhou's success in innovation and entrepreneurship symbolizes China's success in the field in a sense.In order to promote and support college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,governments at all levels have introduced various incentive policies for innovation and entrepreneurship.Although the policy has been implemented for more than ten years,the current data shows that the university innovation and entrepreneurship incentive policy does not give full play to the expected effect..In this paper,the Synergy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship policy for college students in Guangzhou City is taken as the research subject,and the qualitative and quantitative research methods are used.On the one hand,contentanalysis method is used to analyze the coordination of policy measures from the perspectives of policy subject coordination,policy system coordination and resource coordination,and literature measurement software is used to sort out and summarize relevant macro,meso and micro policies and existing research results.On the other hand,based on the existing incentive policies for innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,this dissertation puts forward the incentive policy optimization countermeasures of policy subject coordination,policy system coordination and resource coordination from the perspective of coordination theory and incentive theory,which provides a reference for the government to improve policies and improve the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship in the future.
