Research On The Chinese College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy Under The New Situation

Since the enrollment expansion in 1999,the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year.The employment of college students is highly concerned by the government and the society.With the rapid rise of innovation and entrepreneurship in the world,the innovation and Entrepreneurship of college students become the key to solve the problem of College Students' employment.The government encourages college graduates to start their own business,to promote employment through entrepreneurship,which not only solve the problem of their own employment,will also provide more jobs.Under the guidance of this trend,China's College Students' entrepreneurship policy has been introduced,developed and perfected.Since The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,with the "public business innovation" put forward the innovation and entrepreneurship policy to be further improved.The content of entrepreneurship policy includes four aspects: entrepreneurship education,venture capital,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training.Under the guidance of College Students' entrepreneurship policy,more and more college students pay more attention to innovation and entrepreneurship,and the proportion of College Students' entrepreneurship is rising.However,although the number of college students continues to increase,entrepreneurial success rate is very low compared with developed countries,only 2%~3%.One reason is that China's college students entrepreneurship policy is not perfect.The college students' entrepreneurship policy is faced with the problems such as the development of entrepreneurship policy,the improvement of policy content,and the supervision of policy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems existing in the college students' Entrepreneurship Policy and put forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the success rate of College Students' Entrepreneurship and relieve the tension of employment situation.In this paper,we focus on the entrepreneurship policy of our country,introduce the connotation of entrepreneurship policy,the connotation of College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy and the history of University Entrepreneurship policy.This paper analyzes the achievements,problems and causes of the establishment and implementation of entrepreneurial policies in china.And puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures,the article is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the basic connotation of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship policy,the theoretical basis of China's College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy and the historical evolution of China's College Students' Entrepreneurship policy.The second part mainly discusses the present situation of Chinese college students' Entrepreneurship policy.With the development of economy,entrepreneurship policy in China mainly focus on entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial finance,four aspects of entrepreneurship training and business services,and analyzes the policy in the implementation process to achieve results.The third part mainly analyzes China's College Students' entrepreneurship policy formulation,policy implementation,policy implementation and supervision of business in the late security policy problems,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems of the third part of college students entrepreneurship policy,policy formulation and implementation of entrepreneurial universities is the focus of our work to develop innovative country,improve the college students' entrepreneurship policy is conducive to improve the strength of China's innovation and entrepreneurship.
