Secondary vocational education is an important part of the national education series, shouldering the important responsibility of the technical personnel for the society. In the technical talent scarcity of modern society, development of secondary vocational education is of great significance. In the past, the secondary vocational education in our country no matter from the teachers or funding was at a disadvantage,also did not get the attention they deserve, there exists a bias for the secondary vocational education in the society, secondary vocational education has not been widely accepted in society. In recent years, with secondary vocational countries to set up and perfect financial aid system,secondary vocational education in society accept degree enhances unceasingly, has won the acceptance of people gradually.Secondary vocational and technical schools the establishment of the national financial aid system, its significance lies in promoting the realization of education fairness, optimizes the allocation of education resources, has attracted more and more students in secondary vocational and technical education, to a great extent, promote the development of secondary vocational education, but born in grants control process, the secondary can truly realize the role of the student, the problem is related to the purpose of setting up financial aid. So, in view of the secondary vocational student's financial aid disposal situation, the author has carried on the investigation. Found in the survey, some students will grant for personal during the period of school life and learning, for the family to a certain extent, solves the economic burden. But there are quite a numberof secondary grants control is not very reasonable, grant does not have the effect of student, but rather through grants at the mercy of the emergence of the problem such as high-end consumption, conspicuous consumption, it seriously violates the state set up in the first place. To this,the author in Hohhot urban district of secondary vocational schools, for example, to investigate the problems existing in the secondary vocational student's financial control.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction,including the research background of this article, research methods, etc.The second part introduces the secondary vocational student's financial aid to issue the necessity. The third part the author on the basis of field survey, summed up the secondary vocational school student financial aid at the mercy of the situation, find out the problems, and the cause of the secondary vocational student's financial aid control problems are analyzed. The fourth part for the secondary vocational student's grant reasonable control put forward the corresponding countermeasures. From the media, school, family and individual four aspects come together to solve this problem. Through these four aspects make joint efforts to guide students to learn to reasonable at the mercy of the grant, for financial aid at the mercy of the return to student life and learning in school expenses,in can improve their professional skills, so as to realize the original purpose of financial aid assistance.
