State Grants The Selection Problem Of Research Universities

With the trend of higher education becoming more and more popular, the number of colleges and universities is increasing, and the number of families with financial difficulties is increasing. Altogether, national grant did not relate to all the poor students, but there is a part of the capital is some "false poor students" impersonator.This study according to ask more than the existing carries on the reason analysis, the main causes of the problem are the following several points:government failed to improve the relevant laws and regulations, students lack of government supervision and feedback; II social credit system is not perfect and the supervision mechanism is not perfect; the carry out national grants selection work lack of scientific; their own self identified distortion.This research in view of the above reason, proposed some suggestions and Countermeasures: government should perfect legal system to strengthen the responsibilities; secondly, university should improve the selection system and improved selection method; students should establish the correct recipient concept and awareness of the integrity; society should improve the credit system.
