Vocational education is an important part of education which is the fundamental career of a country. Thedevelopment of vocational education is not only an important foundation of economic society, but also thestrategic emphasis of education. The study on effect of Secondary vocational school state grants policy is avery important link of the implementation of the Grants policy technology innovation policy to test theeffect of the policies.Therefore, studies on effect of implemented evaluation of Xinjiang secondaryvocational school state grants policy have the larger theoretical value and great realistic significance.In recent years, in order to promote the education career development and social stability of Xinjiang, itis necessary for its implementation results and problems of evaluation and analysis. This paper introducesthe research situation, and analyzes grants policy generation and change.Secondly, analyzes thecharacteristics of poor students at secondary vocational school and explanation of secondary vocationalschool state grants policy content.Then, by building the index evaluation system of secondary vocationalschool state grants policy effect and based on the data of the survey to the state grants policyimplementation effect of the comprehensive evaluation.
