Objective:In order to explore the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis and to understand the relationship between IL-17 and IL-33 levels in the four syndromes,the expression of IL-17 IL-33 in peripheral blood of allergic rhinitis was detected,which provided reference for the severity of allergic rhinitis.At the same time,it can also improve the allergic constitution of patients by traditional Chinese medicine and regulate the immune function of the body to provide a new way of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:(1)the subjects of this study were 133 cases of allergic rhinitis diagnosed.The patients were diagnosed with typing of TCM,in which the lung qi deficiency?spleen qi deficiency?lung fu heat?kidney yang deficiency was used as observation group and healthy control group was established in 50 cases.(2)All the study subjects case group and control group were drew 4-5ml venous blood.(3)We also applied the enzyme-linked immunosorbent to detect the IL-9?IL-17?IL-33 expression levels.Results:(1)the experimental results show that AR syndromes:lung qi deficiency type accounted for 33.8%,accounted for 23.3%of spleen qi deficiency,lung fu heat type accounted for 22.5%,kidney yang deficiency type accounted for 20.4%,of which the lung qi deficiency.(2)the expression of IL-9,IL-17,IL-33 was significantly higher than the normal group(P<0.05),in which the expression level of IL-9 deficiency group and spleen qi deficiency and lung fu heat difference in kidney yang deficiency respectively(P<0.05).The expression of IL-17 in kidney yang deficiency group had difference with the latent lung fu heat type(P<0.05).(3)the expression of IL-9,IL-17,IL-33 level in AR severity were different(P<0.05),and severe group IL-9,IL-17,IL-33 concentration was significantly higher than that of mild and moderate group(P<0.05).(4)Logistic regression analysis showed that the patients with the cold type AR had higher risk of developing the disease than other syndromes.(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)IL-9,IL-17andIL-33 are all involved in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis,which may be helpful for explaining the pathogenesis and laboratory examination of allergic rhinitis.(2)The high expression of il-9 and il-17 in pulmonary hyperthermia may be related to inflammatory activity,or it may be more related to other syndromes than other syndromes in patients with pulmonary embolism.We need further research in the future.
