The Influence On Clinical Effects With The Reinforcing Earth To Generate Fluid Prescription For Drying Rhinitis Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Type

Objective:To evaluate the treatment of drying rhinitis reinforcing earth to generate fluid prescription (Qi and yin deficiency type)the clinical efficacy,and further clarify the pathogenesis of reinforcing earth to generate fluid prescription treatment of drying rhinitis(Qi and yin deficiency type) the efficacy of the mechanism,provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and effective new prescriptions, new ideas.Methods:60eligible cases,the application program is divide into randomized group of30patients treated reinforcing earth to generate fluid prescription and Eucalyptus lemon pinene enteric soft capsule control group of30patients,the treatment group receive reinforcing earth to generate fluid prescription treatment.7days for a treatment,control group was given Eucalyptus lemon pinene enteric soft capsule,7days for a course of treatment.A course of continuous treatment in both groups.Observational records,respectively,before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs,traditional Chinese medicine in patients,and to record adverse reactions.Results:After statistical analysis,the treatment group and the control group the treatment of drying rhinitis were effective,the treatment group,the total efficiency:82.76%,in the control group,the total efficiency:75.86%.At the end of the two groups in the overall efficiency of the treatment were significantly difference.Treatment group on the symptoms,signs, symptoms were improved.The two groups during treatment in patients with adverse event did not occur.Conclusion:The reinforcing earth to generate fluid prescription can improve the symptoms of drying rhinitis, signs.
