TCM Syndrome Of Anaphylactic Rhinitis And IL-2R Correlational Research

Objective:This article is done a compare research about allergic rhinitis patients’serum leve of IL-2R with AR of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.To explore the change of IL-2R content’s relationship with four card type.Methods:Collecting AR outpatient cases diagnosed 100 cases,And according to the syndrom differentiation of TCM, to bring the type of syndrome was determined. Patients’ blood serum total IgE and IL-2R was collected to detect.Finally using statistics and SPASS dealing with clinical data sciencely.To detect the relationship between the four card typeof AR and the IL-2(?)Results:In this study, we researched the patient’s serum total IgE and IL-2R content has (?) obvious difference in the four types of AR.Nasal symptoms such as nasal itching, sneezing, nas congestion, different level flow cleaning stuff and inferior turbinate swelling degree level had i significant difference,Nasal mucosa in four kinds of color card type distribution between a slig difference,The type of the Lung fu heat was hyperemia swelling,The other three type with mo pale but no significant differences Of total IgE results in slightly different, in the patients wi the type of the Lung fu heat’s IgE level is the highest, followed by the type of Temper weak; four kinds of syndrome types of serum IL-2R, the type of Kidney Yang weak’s IL-2R leve higher than more than between different syndrome types of numerical type three other IL-2 level.Conclusion:Four types of syndrome types’serum IL-2R content of AR has no obvious difference.
