ObjectiveIn this study,the relationship between psychological capital,knowledge and mental health of nursing master graduate students was discussed,so as to reduce the incidence of depressive symptoms,and to improve their mental health level,through the discussion of depression and stress perception of nursing graduate students,and explore the relationship between psychological capital,knowledge and mental health level of nursing graduate students.It is also helpful for the training of nursing talents and the healthy development of nursing profession.MethodsThis study was a descriptive study.From September 2016 to Februar y 2017,the method of convenient sampling and questionnaire survey was adopted.The research tools were general situation questionnaire,depress ion self-assessment scale(SDS),pressure perception scale(CPSS)and p sychological capital scale(PPQ).SPSS17.0 statistical software was used f or data entry and statistical analysis,P<0.05 was statistically significant.T he statistical methods used were descriptive statistics,one-way anova,t te st,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression.ResultsIn this study,461 questionnaires and 431 valid questionnaires were issued,with an effective recovery rate of 93.5 %.Through research,the main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Nursing master graduate student depression scale scored an average of44.18 ±10.647,20.9% incidence of depressive symptoms,depression scores in gender,grade,students,an only child,and have a job,school education,degree type and age was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Nursing master graduate student stress perception scored 32.67±7.244(19~65 points),perceived stress scores in gender,grade,students,an only child,and have a job,school education,degree type and the age difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pressure perception score of the depression group was 30.34 plus or minus 5.129,and the non-depression group had a score of 41.49±7.318.3.Nursing master graduate student psychological capital scored93.36±8.19(70 ~116),total confidence dimensions are divided into(21.12±2.41),total hope dimensions are divided into(24.73±2.41),total optimism dimensions are divided into(16.89±1.891),total toughness dimensions are divided into(30.66 ± 3.48).4.The correlation analysis showed that nursing master graduate student depression and psychological capital has significant negative correlation(r =0.842,P<0.01),the pressure of postgraduate nursing consciousness and psychological capital scores were significantly negative correlation(r = 0.891,P< 0.01).The total score of depression and stress perception in nursing students was significantly positively correlated(r=0.859,P<0.01).5.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the location of students,whether they had jobs,gender,age and degree type had predictive effects on depression,and the above variables could explain 28.7% of the total variation.Stress perception and psychological capital accounted for 77.6% of the total variation.Conclusions1.The depression and stress perception of postgraduates with master's degree of nursing are higher than the norm,and their psychological capital is lower than the norm.2.The depression of postgraduates in nursing studies was positively correlated with stress perception,namely,the higher the level of stress perception,the more severe the depression level,and the negative correlation between psychological capital and depression and stress perception.3.Psychological capital has an impact on both stress perception and depression,so it is of great significance to improve the level of psychological capital in the maintenance of health psychology for nursing postgraduate students.
