Objective:At present, with the improvement of the quality of life, people's awareness of health has gradually increased, and the lifestyle of health has attracted much attention. However, due to the impact of the disease spectrum and poor living environment, chronic diseases are still a major disease that endangers human health. This is contrary to the goal of people's pursuit of health. As the main provider of chronic disease prevention and treatment, general practitioners play an important role in providing basic medical and health services, preventing and diagnosing diseases, and achieving health for all. Therefore,it is necessary to develop a team of general practitioners. This study selects the perspective of general practitioner standardized training effectiveness evaluation.Put forward feasible suggestions for the standardized training of Nanjing general practitioner according to the effect of training. In order to promote the construction of a team of general practitioners in Nanjing. This has far-reaching practical significance for the training of general practitioners and the improvement of the level of health services at the grass-roots level. Methods:In the study, first, the present situation of the standardized training of general practitioners in Nanjing was analyzed through questionnaires.Including the status of the collocation and working status in Nanjing, the policy background and policy objectives of standardized training of general practitioners in Nanjing, and the demand situation of general practitioners in standardized training.Secondly, through the Delphi method, the evaluation index system of the standardized training effect of the general practitioner was constructed. The weight of each index is obtained by the analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly,a questionnaire is designed according to the index system constructed. An analysis of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is carried out.The empirical analysis is carried out according to the questionnaire. Finally, based on the Kirkpatrick Model, the correlation analysis and the 360 degree feedback evaluation method are used, from the analysis of the reaction layer, the learning layer, the behavior layer and the result layer, the conclusion is drawn and the practical suggestions are put forward.Result:Reaction layer:The overall satisfaction of the training is low, students have higher satisfaction with teachers' knowledge level.Learning layer:There is a positive correlation between academic level and working years and student achievement, the improvement of chronic diseases and infectious diseases is more obvious, insufficient ability at the grassroots level is still the main factor that restricts the application of doctors' knowledge and skills.Behavioral layer:The students' leadership has a higher awareness of the training, the contradiction between work and study is the main negative influence of training, the quality of work has been greatly improved.Result layer:The students' work plan is completed well,After training, the overall service satisfaction of doctors was improved. Conclusion:By analyzing the evaluation results at various levels,it is concluded that the overall training effect of Nanjing is at a general level. It is suggested that training contents should be rationally designed to improve overall satisfaction of training. We should strengthen infrastructure construction at the grass-roots level so as to enhance the conversion rate of training results.Improving the importance of training and improving the overall service quality. Finally,we should attach importance to the training of professional ethics and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
