Objectives:The purpose of this study is to explore the Kirkpatrick Model theory and construct a new induction nurse training evaluation index system with Delphi method based on it.It provides guidelines for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities for new nurses in various medical institutions. Methods:Through the literature research, interview experts, research group discussion and other methods to draft the first draft of the evaluation index system, and then use the Delphi method to build a set of new induction nurse training effect evaluation index system through two rounds of consultation, and finally use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and calculate the weights and ranking of indicators at all levels.Results:1.The constructed training evaluation index system for new recruiting nurse in this study includes:4 primary indicators(Reaction Assessment,Learning Assessment,Behavior Assessment,Result Assessment),14 secondary indicators, and 56 tertiary indicators.2.The enthusiasm of the nursing experts in the two rounds of consultation is 96.15%and 100%respectively,and the coefficient of expert authority is 0.877(>0.7).3.The expert Kendall Harmony Coefficients(W)of the importance of the first, second and third level indicators are 0.640,0.378 and 0.296 respectively;the expert Kendall Harmonic Coefficients(W)of the operability of the first, second and third level indicators are 0.707,0.515 and 0.416 respectively.P values are less than 0.01.4.The coefficients of variation of the importance of the primary, secondary, and third-level indicator are in the range of 0.102-0.000,0.111-0.000,and 0.158-0.000,respectively.The coefficients of variation of the operability of the primary, secondary, and third-level indicator are in the range of 0.107-0.040,0.136-0.040,and 0.139-0.000,respectively.The coefficients of variation are all less than 0.25.5.The weights of the four first-level indicators are 0.065(Reaction evaluation),0.181(Learning evaluation),0.461(Behavior evaluation),and 0.292(Result evaluation);among the 14 secondary indicators, the top three of the weights are:4.1 nursing work quality evaluation index(0.244),3.1 the working behavior of training nurses(0.185),and 3.2 the working ability of nurses participating in training(0.185);the top five rankings of weights in 56 three-level indicators are:4.1.1 incidence of adverse nursing events(0.1357),3.1.1 compliance with hospital rules and regulations and occupational norms(0.0905),4.1.2 low occupational exposure rate of trained nurses(0.0780),3.1.2.obey the ward management and work distribution(0.0576),and 3.3.3 have the spirit of dedication and caution(0.0453).The CI and CR values of single sort consistency test of three indicators levels are all below 0.10;the results of the second-order and first-level indicators of the total ranking consistency test:CI=0.007,CR=0.015<0.10,and the results of the third-level and second-level indicators:CI=0.024,CR=0.031<0.10.Conclusions:In this study, the new recruiting nurse training evaluation index system is constructed based on Delphi method. The participation of consulting experts in this research is proactive, and the authority is high and representative. The judging opinions of the research results are more consistent, the coordination degree is high, and the consultation results are reliable. The index weight setting of each level is checked by the hierarchical single sort and the hierarchical total sort consistency test. The new recruiting nurse training evaluation index system which is built based on the Kirkpatrick Model has a good practical reference value.
