Objective:It is the key to deepen the medical reform and promote the sinking of medical resources to strengthen the construction of general practitioners and improve the quality of general practitioner training.The standardized training of general practitioners has been implemented in Henan Province for nearly five years.In order to understand the current post competency of the trainees in M hospital,find out the short board of trainees and the problems existing in the standardized training,based on the post competency model of the general practitioner,this paper investigates the trainees and the staffs of the practice base of M hospital.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the trainees,the self-assessment of the trainees' post competency and the assessment of the staff,the differences of the self-assessment of the trainees' post competency with different characteristics are compared,and the factors affecting the post competency are found out,so as to put forward suggestions for promoting the improvement of the post competency and improving the standardized training quality of general practitioners.MethodBased on the competency model of general practitioners,combined with the actual situation of M hospital,we investigated the trainees and staffs and collected 439 valid questionnaires.Using SPSS 25.0 software,descriptive analysis was carried out on the evaluation of post competency of trainees,and the differences of post competency evaluation were compared by independent t-test and one-way ANOVA.Result1.79.5% of the students were not willing to work in the grass-roots medical and health units,and 33.3% of the students were not willing to work as general practitioners.2.The average range of each dimension of the first level indicators in the self-assessment of the post competency of students is 72.4%-83.6% of the full score of the corresponding dimension.The lowest score of the first level indicators is the public health service ability,and the lowest score of the second level indicators is the medical theory and knowledge.The average range of each dimension of the first level indicators in the evaluation of the post competency of the trainees by the employer is 88%-91.2% of the full score of the corresponding dimension.The lowest score of the first level indicators is the ability to control medical expenses,and the lowest score of the second level indicators is scientific research.According to the comprehensive evaluation of both sides,the lowest score of the first level indicators is the public health service ability,while the second level indicators are the theory and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,scientific research,and people-centered service.3.Students' grade,age,marital status,education background,professional level,and rotation experience of grass-roots practice base affect basic medical service ability;students' grade and willingness to engage in general practitioners affect scientific research learning ability;students' education background and willingness to engage in general practitioners affect professional quality and core values;students' willingness to engage in general practitioners affects public health service ability and control Ability to control medical expenses.4.68.8% of the trainees are satisfied with the overall training,and the two items with the lowest satisfaction are the teaching and rotation plan arrangement of the basic practice base.The training satisfaction of trainees affects the post competency.Conclusion1.The trainees are unwilling to work in the grass-roots medical and health institutions,and the occupational attraction of general practitioners is low.2.Students' public health service ability is low.3.The characteristics of the trainees have an impact on the post competency,the willingness of students to engage in general practitioners has a great impact.4.The trainees' satisfaction with training has an impact on post competency,and lower satisfaction are rotation plan arrangement and grass-roots practice base.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the implementation of relevant policies,improve the professional attraction of general practitioners,strengthen supervision,improve the teaching quality of grass-roots practice base,improve the rotation plan,improve the training content,strengthen the construction of teachers and care for the growth of students.
