Objection The standardized training of general practitioners is the key link in the construction of primary medical and health teams.By investigating the standardized training of general practitioners in nanjing,to understand the evaluation of the standardized training effect of general practitioners,the understanding of relevant policies and the degree of identification,and the willingness to participate in the standardized training,etc,combined with the knowledge and skills of general practitioners,the influencing factors were analyzed to provide Suggestions for further optimizing the standardized training program of general practitioners.Methods Through literature method in fully understand the policy environment of the standardization training general practitioners in China and the basic present situation,combining with the theory of learning in general medicine training outline on 84 in general practitioner in the reaction level and application level,the overall effect,and culture intention,master degree and the demand of questionnaire survey,the survey results and the related statistical analysis.Results(1)The cumulative frequency of "good" or "better" in the training of teacher training programs is 81,with a cumulative proportion of 96.43%.Second,teaching content(95.24%),assessment method(92.86%),teaching method(92.86%),course arrangement(90.47%),training materials(83.33%)and teaching environment(73.81%).(2)The cumulative frequency of "very helpful" or "helpful" for the application of basic theoretical knowledge is 81,with a cumulative proportion of 96.43%.Second,basic public health service skills(91.48%),general medical research related thinking(90.48%),general medical service basic skills(89.28%)and general medical clinical skills(84.52%).(3)88.10% of the general practitioners considered that the overall work of the regulation was "good" or "better",and 11.90% of the general practitioners considered the "general" of the work as a whole.(4)39.29 percent of the students expressed their willingness to participate in the standardized training of general practitioners,51.19% expressed their willingness to participate,78.33% said no,and 1.19% expressed their reluctance.(5)77 people choose to understand the standardized training policy of general practitioners in our province.Only 3 people choose to know well,and 4 choose not to know;Choose "agree" and "identity" will now be general practitioners training gradually specification as "5 + 3" mode of seven people and 51 respectively,and it doesn't matter,don't agree with,and very disagree with 12 people,9 and 5;There are 15 people and 48 people who choose "good" and "good" in the attitude towards the development prospect of general medical science in China.The choice is not good and the bad ones are 3 and 1 respectively.(6)Age(t=3.441,P=0.001),have obtained the practice qualification certificate(t=3.852,P<0.001),and the general practitioner who has been engaged in the community working years(t=6.287,P<0.001),whose general knowledge and skills are in good condition;The other seven factors,such as gender,education and income,had no influence on the knowledge and skills of the whole family(P > 0.05).(7)The average score for each of the requirements for knowledge and skills required for the syllabus is between 4.095-4.786 and is in the "need" category.Clinical thinking(4.786 + 0.4128)and evidence-based medicine(4.738 + 0.4688)scored highest.Conclusions Nanjing carried out standardized training in general medicine present situation is good,the students overall recognition is higher,but to understand the related policy,the content of the requirements for the current curriculum reaction is good,at the same time,demand for clinical thinking in general medicine degree is higher.
