Objectives: The purpose of this subject is to know the mastery of knowledge of students in resident standardization training in general practice in Liaoning province,explore factors influencing the students situation.Put forward the corresponding suggestion,and promote the content of resident standardization training in general practice in Liaoning province development and perfection,provide an important reference for general practitioner training in other regions.Methods: In November 2017 in Liaoning province,to all students in 27 resident standardization training base in general practice to carry on the cross-sectional survey.A total of 856 copies of questionnaires,the actual number of recycling effective questionnaire 707,the recovery rate of 82.59%.Using EXCEL and Epidate3.2 software for data entry,using SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results: In each part of knowledge,the students to master the best is the clinical thinking and the way to work of GPs,accounted for 78.36%,and students master is poorer in community health service theory,community general practice service skills and basic public health service skills,accounted for less than 75%.The outcomes of single factor analysis suggest that intention,career prospects,willing to be a GPs,only child,work unit level and the grade had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The above factors were analyzed by multiple factors,the results show that intention,only child,willing to be a GPs and the grade had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions and recommendations: 1.Students is poor in community health service theory,community general practice service skills and basic public health service skills,it is necessary to strengthen the training of these parts,set out the fitting content and form to teaching students.2.The main influence factors including intention,only child,willing to be a GPs and the grade.3.Different grade students have difference in mastering situation,senior students is better than that of junior students.Hints when we setting the plan,should pay attention to step by step,formulate appropriate,targeted teaching and training programs.
