Treatment Of Wind-heat Type Urticaria With Jingqiao Didan Decoction And Ebastine

Objective:Urticaria is a common allergic disease in dermatology.Instructors use Jingqiao Didan Decoction and Ebastine to treat wind-heat type chronic urticaria better.This article makes a statistical analysis of various indicators before and after treatment,to investigate the clinical efficacy of this side.Method:The 78 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,After completing the study,a total of 72 cases were completed.37 cases in treatment group,treated with Jing Qiao Di Dan Tang and Ebastine,35 patients in the control group,treated with Ebastine alone,Take four weeks as a course of treatment,Efficacy,recurrence,adverse reactions and the degree of decline in symptom scores before,during,and after treatment was compared and analyzed.Objectively draw conclusions based on the data obtained.Results: 1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment in general conditions.After the end of the two courses,the rate of healing in the treatment group was 86.49%,and the rate of cure in the control group was 57.14%.(P<0.05). 2.Significant decrease in symptom scores after 4 weeks and 8 weeks in both groups(P<0.001).3.Follow-up after 4 weeks of withdrawal,2 patients relapsed in the treatment group and 5 patients in the control group relapsed Respectively,the proportion of recovered data in each group was 6.25% and 25% respectively,(P>0.05)No statistical difference.Follow-up after 4weeks of withdrawal,respectively accounting for 9.37% and 60% of the recovered data for each group.(P<0.01),there are significant differences.4.After 3 months of follow-up after withdrawal,cumulative recurrences occurred in 3 patients in the treatment group and 12 cases in the control group(P<0.001)There are significant differences.5.During treatment,there were a total of 8 cases of adverse reactions,(P>0.05)No statistical difference.All adverse reactions disappeared after drug withdrawal.Conclusion:Jingchao Didan Decoction combined with Ebastine is superior to oral ebastine alone in the treatment of wind hot type chronic urticaria and has a lower recurrence rate.
