Treatment Of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria With The Prescription Of Supplementing Qi And Consolidating Exterior Clinical Curative Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and safety of prescriptions for supplementing qi and consolidating superficies(TCM combined with biological resonance technique)in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria with asthenia and inertia[1].Methods:90 cases of the virtual table is not solid type of chronic spontaneous urticaria sufferers were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases)and matched group(45 cases),the treatment group were treated with Yiqi Gubiao Decoction(prescriptions)orally;the control group was given oral administration of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets[1].4 weeks for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment,were observed before treatment and 1,2 at the end of treatment and withdrawal after 1 courses of the two groups of patients with urticaria activity score(rash,color,quantity,size distribution,degree of itching,seizure frequency,duration,dermatographism,skin prick test)and the clinical efficacy,relapse rate and safety.Result:? On the 4 and 8 last weekend of the treatment,the UAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the previous[1];? After 4 weeks,the effective percentage of two sets(treatment and control)group were respectively 44.4%and 46.7%,there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.533);? After 8 weeks,the effective percentage of two sets(treatment and control)group were respectively 88.9%and 80%,and there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.427);? The drugs were stopped after 1 courses of tracking,the recurrence compared to the treatment group and the control group were 10%and 33.3%,there is a significant difference in Statistics(P=0.027);? The safety:adverse reactions compared with the control group(24.4%)of thetreatment group was lower(6.7%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.042).Conclusion:Yiqi Gubiao prescriptions(Chinese medicine dialectical combination of bio resonance technology)treatment of the virtual table is not solid clinical type of chronic spontaneous urticaria and accepted Western Medicine(levocetirizine hydrochloride)compared with similar efficacy and low recurrence rate,little side effect,provides a new method for speeding up Chinese inheritance hand,play a positive role in promoting the work objective and quantitative research on the theory and clinical medicine.
