| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of BupleurumXiaozhen Decoction inthe treatment of chronic urticaria,and through the observation of patients with infection ofHelicobacter pylori, Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and Radix Bupleuri in the pathogenesis ofchronic urticaria XiaozhenDecoction on Helicobacter pylori.Method:60cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group two groups. The treatmentgroup32cases, oral Bupleurum Xiaozhen Decoction and mizolastine,28cases in the control group,oral mizolastine, two groupsof topical drugs are Calamine Lotion. Visit1timesevery2weeks, a total of4weeks. At4week after2weeks, observe thechange of patients after the wheal size, number, attackfrequency, duration,degree of itching disease to determine the efficacy; monitoring ofadverse reactions of patients to safety evaluation of drugs; to cure patients were followedup to observe the recurrence; infection patients with Hp before and after treatment comparewith25cases of healthy people, to explore theinfection situation and the root Hp in chronicurticaria patients Xiao zhen Decoction on Hp.Results: After2weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group curerate is respectively37.5%、10.7%, the total effective rate were75%、57.1%,the cure rate ofthe treatment group than in the control group,the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05), the total efficiency was not significantly different (P＞0.05); after4weeks,twogroups of cure rate, the total efficiency isincreased further, the cure rate was56.2%、21.4%,the total effective rate were84.4%、67.9%, the cure rate of the treatment group to continue higher than that of the control group,the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05),but the difference of total effectiveis still not obvious(P＞0.05)Observation in treatment, no adverse reaction occurred in two groups.Withdrawal after one month, followed up for two group patients, the relapse rate intreatment group was16.7%, control group was66.7%, the relapse rate in treatmentgroup than in the control group, the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Display Hp level detection:60cases of chronic urticaria patients and normalcontrol group, the positive rate of Hp was53.3%,28%, the positive rate of Hp in patientswith chronic urticaria is higher than the normal control group, there were statisticallysignificant (P＜0.05), the treatment group and the control group before treatment, Hppositive rates were53.1%and53.6%, there is no obvious the difference (P＞0.05) for fourweeks after treatment, the positive rate of group Hp was21.9%, the effective rate was58.8%, the positive rate of Hp was46.4%in control group, the effective rate was13.3%, the positive rate of the treatment group than in the control group, negative rate washigher than the control group, the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Bupleurum Xiaozhen Decoction for the treatment of chronic urticariaexact, less side effects, low recurrence rate, the incidence of Helicobacter pylor i infectionand chronic urticaria may have relevance, and Bupleurum Xiaozhen decoction hascertain effect on the negative, this may be one of the mechanism of the bupleurumXiaozhen Decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria. |
