Purpose:Through the objective evaluation of the observation indexes before and after the treatment, the article researches the curative effect of combination of Xunmatang and ebastine in the treatment of syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency of chronic urticaria,as the same time, preliminary discusses on the characteristics and advantages of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic urticaria.Material and method:The 64 cases were chosen from the dermatology clinic patients suffered from standard of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency of chronic urticaria who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in June 2015-September 2016.They which got the course of 8 weeks were divided into the treatment group which was treated with combination of Xunmatang and ebastine and the control group which was treated with ebastine equally.Make the questionnaire of the urticaria clinical data according to the patients symptoms score changes and analysis integral decline index of the number of wheals, the size of wheals and Itching degree as well as the onset factors, adverse reaction, recurrence rate, etc. At last, analysis the correlation of the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria and immune function by observing the laboratory index.Results:1.There were significant differences between the treatment group of(total effective rate90.3%)and the control group(total effective rate 73.3%)before and after treatment,P?0.05 by rank-sum test according to the comparison of the clinical effects of the two groups.2.Symptoms aggregate integral of the two groups both declined and there were obvious differences in the same group(P?0.05),howere,there were no significant differences between two groups after the treatment of 8 weeks.3.The treatment group was better than control group, which had significant difference(P?0.05)in four measures of observation included in the numbers of wheals, the size of wheals, occurrence frequency and the numbers of skin scratches, however, there were no significant differences between the two groups in other objective symptoms after thetreatment of 8 weeks.4.The recurrence rate had significant differences(P< 0.05)between the treatment group which was 17.4% and the control group which was 53.3% after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal.5.Two groups of clinical data statistics show that male and female patients with urticaria accounted for 34.4% and 65.5% respectively(1: 2),18 to 35 years old age patients accounted for 41.0%,and the patients who were attacked during the night accounted for52.4%,patients caused by food and environment factors accounted for 70.5% of the total, and 91.8% of patients had taken antihistamine drugs before treatment.6.Laboratory indexes: IgE,IgA,IgG,IgM positive rate was 50.8%,42.6%,26.2%,29.5%respectively.7.The rate of adverse reactions: two groups had no significant differences(P?0.05).Conclusion:1.Treating syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency of chronic urticaria with combination of Xunmatang and ebastine was better than ebastine,at the same time,it can reduce the numbers of wheals, the size of wheals, occurrence frequency and the numbers of skin scratches, moreover,it has mild adverse reactions and low rate of adverse reactions. So It is recommended to clinical application2.The ages, gender, attack time of the vulnerable people are focused on young and middle-aged women and night respectively, and food and environment are the main inducing factors.3.There may be correlation between immunoglobulin(total IgE,IgA,IgG,IgM serum)and the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.
