Clinical Observation On Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation By Deep Needling Of Dachangshu Point And Huantiao Point

Objective: This study is in accordance with the principle of random grouping,and related clinical research of two groups,the control group received conventional acupuncture group,the treatment group for deep needling Dachangshu and Huantiao point group,to observe the curative effect of deep needling Dachangshu,Huantiao point in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.The curative effect was compared with that of routine acupuncture group,the effect and cure rate was better than that of routine acupuncture.A further discussion on Dachangshu,Huantiao point to both,for the easy treatment and prominent effect of Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical provides a more optimal solution.Methods: Select the amount of clinical samples from patients with lumbar disc herniation in 60 cases,according to the principle of random distribution,divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and 30 cases in the control group,treatment group(deep needling group):acupoints: the main point: Dachangshu,Huantiao,yaojiaji(double),Weizhong,Yanglingquan,Kunlun,Taixi;acupoints plus take types: cold lumbago: Yaoyangguan;damp heat type lumbago: Dazhui;blood silt lumbago: Geshu;kidney deficiency lumbago:Shenshu(double),Guan Yuanyu(double),mingmen.The control group(conventional acupuncture group)acupoints: the main point: Dachangshu,Huantiao,Jiaji(double),Weizhong,Taixi,Kunlun,Yanglingquan.Points with the same treatment group.Governance:Relaxing the tendons and collaterals,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.The treatment group was treated with deep needling of Dachangshu,Huantiao point,and the deep needling was used to make the lower limbs appear to be radioactive acid,hemp and electric shock.The application of deep needling made the affected limb appear radioactive acid,hemp,electric shock feeling,with the three electric shock stimulation.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the local acupuncture was appropriate.Two groups of acupuncture after half an hour after treatment,and then in the waist and leg massage manipulation of the reinforcement of the reduction of about twenty minutes.The two groups of patients were required to be one time a day,every Monday to Friday,for a period of three weeks.Before and after treatment with JOA score and Oswestry disability index of two groups of patients,on the basis of the two groups of patients,the prognosis of motor function recovery and daily life ability improvement etc..To compare the curative effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by deep needling of Dachangshu,Huantiao point,mainly through the treatment of the patients after the end of treatment.Results:1.JOA:The JOA scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group after treatment were more dominant than those of the control group.2.Oswestry:The Oswestry score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,in the treatment group after treatment were more dominant than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncturing on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation have a prominent effect.2.In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,deep needling Dachangshu and Huantiao point group was better than the conventional acupuncture group.3.Deep needling manipulation and its stimulating effect have a significant effect on the cure rate of lumbar disc herniation.
