| Purpose:By observing the symptom scores,blood uric acid,ESR,dual energy CT integral,depression scores and anxiety scores of patients with gout before and after treatment,To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu method on gout.To provide new ideas for the treatment of gouty arthritis by traditional Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 58 patients with gouty arthritis who were enrolled in the gout clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine and who enrolled in this study were informed and signed informed consent.Have been asked to drink qu bi tong feng yin,which is created by my tutor,Water decoction,take the medicine every day.Course of treatment: 1 months for 1 courses,observation and record of 1 symptoms change,a total of 3 months observation,followed up for 3 months.The clinical symptom scores,blood uric acid,ESR,dual energy CT and emotion scale of the patients with gout before and after treatment were evaluated by statistical methods,and the curative effect,result and adverse reaction were appraised.Result:The evaluation results of ailment curative in the 58 cases is that : the total recovery rate was 58.62%;the total valid was 94.83%;symptoms evaluation results showed that the cure rate was 51.72%;the total resultful is 94.83%;Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms were significantly improved,and the serum uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly decreased after treatment.Conclusion:1 Shugan Jieyu method in the treatment of gouty arthritis has a clear effect;2 After treatment,the clinical symptoms were significant improved compared with before treatment,serum uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,DECT score,emotional quantification scores were significantly changed.3 Not only shows the efficacy of Shugan Jieyu method in the treatment of gouty arthritis,but also confirms the close relationship between emotion and disease.4 To provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of gouty arthritis. |
