Clinical Observation Of Shugan Jieyu Decotion In The Treatment Of Late Menstruation With Hyperprolactinemia

Purpose:Through observing the changes of TCM syndromes and Hyperprolactinemia levels before and after the treatment of hyperprolactinemia late menstruation with Shugan Jieyu decoction,the topic discusses the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment scheme.Methods:Thirty-five patients with hyperprolactinemia late menstruation who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The modified Shugan Jieyu Decoction was applied for 3 months.The data of TCM syndrome score,treatment effective rate,PRL levesl,BBT type and other data before and after treatment were collected.By comparing the improvement of various indexes before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Decoction in treating hyperprolactinemia late menstruation was observed by statistical analysis.Results:1.Compared with the before treatment,the scores of single TCM syndrome and total TCM syndrome of patients decreased after 3 months of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Compared with the before treatment,the levels of PRL decreased after3 months of treatment significantly(P<0.05).3.Compared with the before treatment,the effective rate of BBT after treatment for patients after 3 months of treatment was 65.4%.4.Compared with the before treatment,the recovery rate,obvious efficiency and effective rate of the patients after 3 months of treatment are obvious.The total effective rate and markedly effective rate are respectively85.29% and 73.53%,which can relieve clinical symptoms,and it has definite clinical curative effect.5.The patient had no adverse reactions during taking the medicine,andthe blood,urine routine,liver and kidney functions were normal,which indicated that the treatment method was safe.Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu Decoction has a good clinical effect on the late menstruation of hyperprolactinemia.It can not only change the menstrual cycle,but also effectively reduce the PRL levels.It help the ovary restore ovulation function,and without adverse reactions.
