| Objective: The observation of Shugan Jieyu Qi from the perspective of clinical side effects of treatment of depression after stroke in patients with liver Qi stagnation. This study adopts randomized controlled trial, patients on clinical treatment were observed, recorded summarize and analyze the clinical data and the Shugan solution Yu Liqi Decoction in the treatment of post stroke depression of the efficacy and safety of of objective evaluation and post stroke depression provides the basis theory and research ideas of Chinese medicine in the treatment of.Methods: Used in this study were all sources in Hebei Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Neurology of PSD patients,strict according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria selected is observed in 121 cases, using random number table method also in accordance with the principle of randomized controlled, were divided into two groups, treatment group(62 cases) were observed, using Shugan Jieyu Qi Fang; control group, 59 cases were, the use of paroxetine hydrochloride, two groups by the observer’s gender, age, and the degree of depression, stroke type are not significant difference. The two groups were observed after 8 weeks of clinical efficacy observation, and combined with clinical symptoms to evaluate the corresponding. Before treatment, second weeks and fourth weeks after treatment, the HAMD test was performed before and after treatment respectively. Through the differences in the treatment of the two groups of patients in different periods, the analysis and comparison,and observe the clinical changes in the two groups of patients, the effect and side effects of the drug to be judged.Results: Two groups patients using their own treatment, after treatment,clinical observation results is HAMD score about two groups were more downthan before treatment, their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance(P<0.05), treatment group has more significant than the other one about numerical value, their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance(P<0.05); The HAMD numerial number showed an effective numerical value, the data of the treatment group was86.67%, the data of the control group was 76.67%, their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance(P<0.05);The two groups using their own treatment, the treatment group in the course of treatment to 2 weeks,the value of HAMD appeared to fall, and the beginning of the treatment, their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance(P<0.05);Control group at 4 weeks of treatment, the value of HAMD appeared to fall,and the treatment before the comparison, their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance(P<0.05); in the above two time nodes,about HAMD data, their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance(P<0.05), It is suggested that two groups of therapeutic method in the treatment of depression have a obvious result, the treatment group is more superior than the other one about HAMD data. In the two groups, their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance about TCM syndromes showed(P<0.05). The results showed that the two groups had a very significant effect on the clinical symptoms of TCM,and treatment group is more superior than the other one about TCM syndromes date. Their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance about SSS syndromes showed(P<0.05). The results showed that the two groups had a very significant effect on the clinical symptoms of SSS, and treatment group is more superior than the other one about SSS syndromes date.Their data are not the same indicated that there were statistical significance about ADL syndromes showed(P<0.05). The results showed that the two groups had a very significant effect on the clinical symptoms of ADL, and treatment group is more superior than the other one about ADL syndromes date. The treatment group found no significant adverse reactions, there were 5 cases(15.6%) patients showed symptoms of adversereactions of the other one, is about dry mouth, dizziness and so on.Conclusion: In clinical observation on post stroke depression of liver qi stagnation type, treatment method using Shugan solution depression and paroxetine hydrochloride tablets combined, in the following three aspects: the treatment effect is better than simply by paroxetine hydrochloride tablets: in improving patients’ symptoms of depression, and improvement of nerve function defect of patients, to improve the daily living ability of the patients,and have effect fast, with few side effects. |
