Clinical Observation Of Shugan Jieyu Method In Treatment Of Patients With Advanced Breast Cancer With Liver Qi Stagnation

Objective:Discuss liver resolve depression method for liver depression and qi stagnation type attenuated synergies with advanced breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods: 48 cases of hospitalized patients with advanced breast cancer from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups randomly(experimental group(traditional Chinese medicine liver resolve depression method combined chemotherapy group,n = 24),control group(pure chemotherapy group,n = 24)),control group were treated with conventional western medicine chemotherapy 2 cycles(21 days for a cycle),experimental group on the basis of conventional chemotherapy plus traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Jieyu method,comparative analysis the clinical efficacy of the two groups,The change of tumor markers(CEA and CA153),TCM syndrome curative effect,adverse reaction,quality of life and breast cancer depression improvement.Results: Tumor markers in clinical curative effect,the improvement of the situation,the change rate of TCM symptoms,the estimated probability of adverse reactions,the recovery of related organizations in the body,as well as the patients' mental state,etc.,the effect of the experimental group were better than control group,the significant gap between the experiment results obtained provide the basis for us.Conclusion: liver resolve depression treatment is helpful to the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer,good effect and safety of hinge.
