Systematic Review Of Shugan Jieyu Method Treatment

Purpose:Through Systematic review and meta analysis on shuganjieyu method treatment for clinical application of shuganjieyu and tranquilizing therapy for insomnia.Methods:PC retrieval system of CNKI?CBM?PubMed?Cochrane EMbase. Literature retrieval time from inception to 2014 June. Using the statistical data and the meta analysis method to analyze the search results. To extract relevant data according to the results of forest mapping, and funnel plot was used for meta analysis method by using Revman5.3. software.Results:The analysis results of Shugan Jieyu method in the treatment of depression:After initial screening, a total of 0 English articles and 356 Chinese articles, finally met the inclusion criteria 52 articles:0 English articles and 52 Chinese articles. According to the different drug controlled, clinical trial were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group, Using the statistical data and the meta analysis method to analyze the search results. All the selected literature data translate into two categorical variables, the number of treatment group total effective cases is 1675 cases, the number of control group total is 880 cases,the number of control group total effective cases is 833 cases, the number of face group total is795 cases.the number of face group total effective cases is 717 cases, so the meta analysis the results show that the application of Shugan Jieyu method in the treatment of depression in the total efficiency was significantly better than the western medicine group.Conclusion:The application of Meta analysis results show that:Shugan Jieyu method in the treatment of depression is efficacy and safety better than the western medicine control group;Due to the quality is low generally selected literature, it is possible that the conclusion is unreliable and bias.
