The Effect Of Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction In Treating Depression After PCI (Stagnation Of Liver Qi And Syndrome)

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of depression after PCI for coronary heart disease with unstable angina pectoris,and to evaluate the efficacy of Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction with modern medical methods,so as to provide a new method and new thinking for clinical treatment of this disease.Materials and methods :A total of 79 patients with depressive state(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome)after PCI of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris included in the study were randomly divided into the treatment group(38 cases)and the control group(41 cases).Both groups of regular use of Aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,Clopidogrel(wave vertical dimension or tai jia)or for Greg los oral treatment inhibit platelet aggregation,atorvastatin or Rui shu cutting cholesterol-lowering statin every night a oral stable plaques,ventricular rate of hypertension,diabetes,relatively fast(clinical guidelines recommend heart rate)has not been achieved patients respectively to fall blood pressure,fall blood sugar,such as slow heart rate(average heart rate control in 55 to 60 times/min)and the necessary nutrients myocardial treatment.In the control group,10.5mg of the antidepressant Delixin was added on the basis of conventional treatment and taken orally 30 minutes after brunch.Treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with resolve depression liver soup of arteries and veins,a dose of water decoction,three bags(150 ml)per bag,early,middle and late one bag each,30 minutes after a meal to the,the control group and treatment group were treated for 2 weeks,the comparison between the two group in the way and treatment,treatment 1 and treatment 2weeks before the Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)and self rating scale for depression(SDS)score changes and patients improve depression and treatment efficiency;The improvement of TCM symptoms in the two groups was determined by the change of TCM depressive state syndrome score.The adverse reactions of patients in the treatment group and the control group after 2 weeks of medication were statistically analyzed, such as nausea and vomiting,dizziness and headache,dry mouth,fatigue,insomnia,etc.,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Two groups of patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for 1 week and 2 weeks respectively,and the clotting test,blood routine,liver function(ALT and AST),renal function(BUN,Cr)were tested by physical and chemical examination methods,to evaluate the safety of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Result:1.HAMD scale and SDS depression scale scores were significantly reduced in both treatment group and control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD scale and SDS depression scale scores between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the scores of HAMD scale and SDS depression scale in the control group were significantly lower than those in the treatment group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD scale and SDS depression score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2.The HAMD scale score and the SDS depression scale score in the treatment group and the control group both decreased after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment,P<0.05,indicating a statistical difference.The HAMD scale and SDS depression scale scores of patients in the two groups were compared between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,and the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared without statistical difference(P>0.05).3.After treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the scores of TCM symptoms of depression in the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,P<0.05,with statistical difference.After 1 week of treatment,TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was not significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,P<0.05.4.After drug treatment,both the treatment group and the control group had adverse reactions of varying degrees,but the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,showing a statistical difference.5.There were no abnormalities in coagulation,blood routine,liver function(ALT and AST)and renal function(BUN and Cr)after drug treatment in the TCM group and the Western medicine group.Conclusion:1.Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction can significantly reduce the HAMD depression scale score and SDS depression scale score of patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina after PCI(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome),which proves that Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction can effectively treat depression state(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome).2.Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of depression(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome)after PCI for coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris,and improve the patients' depression status.3.The comparison of therapeutic effects between the treatment group and the control group over 2 weeks confirmed that both traditional Chinese medicine Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction and Western medicine Delixin can treat the depression status(liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome)of patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction is no less than that of Delixin.4.Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction for the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris after PCI has a lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group,and the side effects of traditional Chinese medicine are less than those of Western medicine;There was no abnormality in coagulation,blood routine,liver function(ALT and AST)and renal function(BUN and Cr)in the two groups,suggesting that Jieyu Shugan Tongmai Decoction has a high safety in the treatment of depression(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome)after coronary heart disease PCI.
