Objective: This experiment to observe the effect of Shugan solution the clinical curative effect of Yu Decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type of ventricular premature beat, exploring the mechanisms of the effect, evaluation the curative effect and safety, intends to provide a more safe and effective method for clinical treatment of premature ventricular contractions. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, we chose January January 2015 to 2016 in cardiology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine and general internal medicine ward hospitalization of 60 cases, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the selected cases are in line with western medicine premature ventricular contractions diagnosis criteria and TCM syndromes for palpitations, dialectical for stagnation of liver qi stagnation syndrome and the general situation of the two groups were no significant difference. Control group use times Wenxin granule treatment, experimental group at times Wenxin granule therapy plus Shugan Jieyu Decoction, decoction, one dose of the day, morning, evening meal in half an hour to take lukewarm. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. Clinical evaluation after 4 weeks. Were examined in treatment was performed before and after the general examination items: temperature, respiratory rate, blood pressure, heart rate, liver function, renal function, serum lipid, blood glucose were observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of premature ventricular contraction episodes, total number of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) effective rate determination, TCM symptom severity, single symptom curative effect, TCM syndrome score changes, the total effect of the traditional Chinese medicine such as, analysis, comparison and evaluation of efficacy and safety. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups, the experimental group in the improvement of ventricular premature beat, total number of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) attack effective rate decision was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.01); determination of two groups of patients in the TCM symptom severity, curative effect of individual symptoms, TCM syndrome score changes, Chinese total efficacy compared. The experimental group was better than the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05); overall, the results show that the clinical curative effect in experiment group were better than those of the control group. The two groups of patients before and after treatment, liver, kidney function and other safety indicators showed no obvious abnormal. Conclusion: The results showed that Shugan Jieyu Decoction can effectively improve liver stagnation of Qi due to depression of ventricular premature beat in patients with clinical symptoms, compared to pure Chinese medicine treatment, the treatment group in reducing ventricular premature beat in patients with seizure frequency, improve patient heart palpitations, chest tightness etc. symptoms and related inspection index on curative effect significantly. The related mechanism may improve the metabolism of myocardial cells, reduce the cell and cell self-discipline, increase the blood supply, improve vascular endothelial function and so on. Patients in experiment period no adverse reaction, the safety index detected no abnormal, relieving qi stagnation is well tolerated and safe, worthy of further application and promotion.
