| Objective:To observe the Shugan Jieyu Xiehuo Anshen method for liver fire type insomnia clinical curative effect and the influence to the score of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI), self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS), depression self rating scale(SDS), TCM symptom.At the same time observations on the effects of vasoactive intestinal peptide,when use the shugan jieyu xiehuo anshen method To change Liver fire type of patients with insomnia,in discussing the relationship between VIP and sleep at the same time for the use of the shugan jieyu xiehuo anshen method of traditional Chinese medicine for liver fire insomnia provide clinical and theoretical basis.MethodsLiver depression transforming into fire type insomnia of patients 60 cases by computer distributor were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with Shugan Xieyu purging fire and tranquilizing Chinese medicine granule preparation, boil for 5minutes after drinking, after three meals per day for an hour each drink 100 ml,take one dose per day. The control group daily take zopiclone 7.5 mg before bedtime,treatment for 4 weeks. Observed the TCM Syndrome integral, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI), self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), self rating Depression Scale(SDS), and the changes of VIP value before treatment, after treatment two weeks and four weeks.Result⑴Evaluation of curative effect① Clinical curative effect: the total clinical effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment group by the Shugan Jieyu Xiehuo Anshen method was 70%, lower than73.3% in the control group, the difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05),showed considerable overall clinical efficacy insomnia patients two groups of drugs in the treatment of liver depression of the fire;②Effect of TCM Syndromes: Shugan Jieyu Xiehuo Anshen method efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment group, the total efficiency of TCM Syndromes of 83.33%, significantly higher than the control group 33.33%, there was significant difference after statistics processing(P<0.01), visible Shugan Jieyu Xiehuo Anshen method in improving TCM syndrome curative effect is superior to zopiclone.⑵The index of curative effect evaluation:①The total score of PSQI and the component integration: Before treatment group comparisons, no significant differences were found in two groups of PSQI six factor score and total score(P>0.05); From the beginning of the second week treatment, the difference was statistically significant in comparison with PSQI score before treatment group and the control group(P<0.05), to the treatment of 4 weeks PSQI score compared with those before treatment effect is more obvious statistical difference(P<0.01). The treatment group and the control group of between PSQI total score were no significant differences in the treatment of second weeks and 4 weeks. However,during PSQI sleep quality factor score in treatment group and control group, compared to the treatment of 4 weeks, the two groups had significant difference(P>0.05). That the two groups in the improvement of PSQI scores overall curative effect quite. But with the extension of treatment time, treatment group in improving the sleep quality was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).②SAS, SDS score: Comparison between groups before treatment, there were no significant difference between SAS and SDS score between the two groups(P>0.05);comparison before and after the treatment group, two groups of SAS and SDS score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after fourth weeks treatment,compared with control group, the treatment group in improving the SDS score significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).③ TCM syndrome integral: Comparison between groups before treatment, no significant difference between the two groups of syndrome integral(P>0.05); after 2weeks of treatment, the treatment group the TCM syndromes were improved, to the treatment of 4 weeks treatment groups, the TCM syndromes were improved significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01); The control group only improve sleep uneasy,dreaminess syndrome(P<0.05); after 4 weeks and 2 weeks after treatment and the treatment, compared with control group, the treatment group in symptom score is better than the control group(P<0.05).⑶Laboratory observation index:VIP values between the two groups before treatment, there was no significant difference in VIP value, after 4 weeks to treatment, compared with the healthy group and control group in the treatment of VIP value, the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05). Shows that the treatment group and the control group at 4 weeks after the treatment, with the improvement of the quality of sleep, the value of VIP will also rise, support VIP and the quality of sleep there is a certain correlation in a certain extent. According to the experimental results, the treatment group and the control group had no significant statistical significance in the improvement of VIP(P> 0.05),effects of the two groups were basically similar.ConclusionThis study shows that, Shugan Jieyu Xiehuo Anshen method of treatment of liver depression transforming into fire insomnia has significant curative effect, similar efficacy and Zopiclone. But in the patients to improve sleep time, Shugan JieyuAnshen law Xiehuo can improve TCM syndrome related, to have the advantage of regulating body’s overall state than Zopiclone. In addition, through the experimental data show that the Shugan Jieyu Anshen law purging fire and Western medicine zopiclone can all make the value of VIP increased in the improvement of sleep time,and there were not significantly different between the two groups. These support a correlation between VIP and sleep theory. |
