Clinlcal Study On Treatment Of Oculomotor Paralyses By Accupunture With Spininess And Shallow Needling

Purpose: Objective to compare the clinical efficacy of the multi needles shallow needling method and conventional acupuncture method,and to explore an effective treatment method for the treatment of oculomotor nerve palsy.Method: This research adopts the single blind random control method,60 cases of oculomotor nerve palsy patients were randomized,the treatment group used more shallow needle method,the control group with conventional acupuncture method 15 days one period of treatment,treatment between 1 day,after two courses of treatment to the related data for statistical analysis.Result: After clinical treatment,there were significant differences in the recovery of diplopia,the change of pupil size and the improvement of eyelid ptosis in the treatment group with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.Conclusion: More shallow needle thorn method compared with traditional acupuncture curative effect is more significant,obviously improve the patient's quality of life,and greatly reduces the patient's pain,to reduce the fear of needles,are more likely to be adopt by the large number of and operation method is simple,is worth promoting...
