Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stiff Neck By Accupunture With Spininess And Shallow Needling

Purpose:This paper uses the bisic theory of TCM to explore the pathogenesis of Stiff Neck and the trearment principle of Spiniple and Shallow Needling.And based on this to carry out clinical reseach.By comparing the efficacy of the conventional acupuncture treatment of stiff neck and hanve a discussion on the safety and effectiveness of spininess and shallow needling in treating stiff neck.To expect that the acupuncture program more simple and convenient treat of stiff neck.Methods:Randomized single blind control method was used in this study.By random assignment,60 patients with stiff neck were divided into two groups.In the treatment group,we use spininess and shallow needling,and another group we use conventional acupuncture.Two days for a course of treat,and statistical analysis of the data after the end of treatment.Result: 96.7% total effective rate in treatment group and 93.7% total effective rate in control group,There was no significant difference between the two groups in the effect of the rank sum test.It is prove that there is no difference in curative effect between Spininess And Shallow Needling method and the traditional acupuncture method.But the cure rate of the spininess and shallow needling group was 43.3%,the cure rate of the routine acupuncture proup was 33.3%.The results indicated that the spininess and shallow needling group was slightly superior to the toutine acupuncture group.Conclusion:The symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved,and there was no siginicant difference in the cuuratve effect between the two groups.And that effect of spininess and shallow needling in treating stiff neck.Clinically,spininess and shallow needling reduces the patient's fear of Acupuncture and the effect of acupuncture on the sensitive patients.And It is more likely to be accepted by patients because of its safety and operability is better than the conventional acupuncture method.It is worth promoting because the method is simple and effective.
